III. Registering and your user account

College Life mandates an email address and password to access and contribute to many of the services in the community, such as reviewing businesses and making posts on other user profiles. As the user and possessor of your account information, you are responsible for the safety of your password and any action or behavior on the web site conducted under your account. If there is any unauthorized use of your account, you must contact College Life immediately. College Life can terminate any account at any time without disclosing any reason for such action.

IV. Use of the site

You may only use your account as a personal account with no commercial affiliation. Any unauthorized commercial use of personal accounts will result in immediate termination of the user account. As a member (user) of the online community, College Life grants you permission to post photographs, review local businesses, vote for your favorite businesses in our polls, post local events, post messages and contribute to our blogs, etc. As a user of College Life, you will be exposed to third-party content in addition to the content provided by users. Under no circumstances may user or third-party content be offensive, inappropriate, or inaccurate. College Life does not endorse the views expressed by users and third-parties (such as recommendations, opinions, and related statements).

V. User Conduct

You agree that anything submitted or shared by you under your account and through our services makes no violation of any copyright, trademark, third-party, proprietary rights, etc, or be interpreted as defamatory, unlawful, slanderous, etc. Services of College Life are available for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to engage in the following or knowingly permit others to do so. These are offered for you as examples: 1. Us e the service in any unlawful way 2. Threaten, stalk, make false claims, harass, or in any way interfere with the use and enjoyment of the College Life services by all users

Each user is solely responsible for all of the content that they contribute, share, express, or support. All risks associated with each userŐs content are assumed by the user. Never may any user suggest or imply that their content is supported in any way by College Life. As each user, not College Life, is responsible for their content, it is possible that they are subject to liability if their content is in violation of a trademark, copyright, third-party, etc.

College Life reserves the right to remove, revise, or suppress content at its discretion without notice or limitation. College Life has sole control over what content is available on their web site and services.

Any deviation from the aforementioned user conduct that results in negative consequences including but not limited to personal injury, death, or computer viruses is not our responsibility. Site users post content at their own risk. User content is defined as any information you submit to College Life. There are no consummate security systems that can absolutely protect your data. In addition, we do not have the ability to control the actions of fellow site users. We maintain no responsibility for any circumvention of the security and privacy measures or any damages that result from such circumvention. Also, we cannot guarantee that your email address as collected for the purpose of login will be safeguarded for all purposes.
