Convenience is unparalleled. Burger madness and fries for under 10 bucks is basically unbeatable so close to campus.

Always has the perfect sandwiches at great prices. Selection is huge and you can ask them to make you pretty much whatever you want. Can't beat it.

The sandwiches here are the best affordable deli-style ones in the Georgetown area (I personally recommend the California Chicken Sandwich), and though the grocery elements are rather simplistic, they have enough of the basic necessities for college life needs.

The food is good but overpriced. They know that they have a significant advantage in location and therefore do not feel the need to focus on customer service or reasonable prices.

When you have a class in Walsh and need a refreshment, Wisey's is always a good choice.

Great little deli with the best cookies in georgetown, definitely worth stopping by.

Try the healthy Wisey's on Wisconsin across from CVS. It's better and cleaner than the one on 36th, and it has tables for you to sit down too. I'd only go to the one on 36th for convenience of location.

Wisey's has it all--great sandwiches especially the famous chicken madness has a great selection of drinks and pretty good selection of beer. Its the closest deli to campus and is great for last minute things to pick up. Tough on id's though so you'd be better off going somewhere else if you have a fake.

It's convenient but overpriced, and you never know how long it's going to take to get your food, which kind of trumps the convenient location. When I had a break in between classes in Walsh, I preferred to walk to Starbucks and get a small coffee and a breakfast sandwich for the same price of just a sandwich at Wisey's (like $7). Plus, there's no place to sit at Wisey's, while at Starbucks the price includes sitting in a leather chair and people watching on M St. Qdoba is another cheap, convenient alternative to Wisey's.

Lesser known facts:

Apple fritter here is bigger and cheaper than at Saxby's.

The cookies are to die for. Try the oreo cookie.

Great service. Food is made fresh and tastes fantastic. Everyone seems to love the chicken madness but one other sandwich that gets overlooked is the burger madness.

If you're a fan of spice, ask for the spicy chicken madness.

The Chicken Madness sandwich is delicious. It is the perfect blend of basically all of the food groups, and while it may feel as if you're clogging your arteries with every bite, it is so tasty that its totally worth it.

Sometimes it takes a while for them to make sandwiches, but if you call ahead and order they will be ready when you get there.

A true Georgetown institution.
